Tabasco music tabs platform

Overview

Tabasco is a music platform for musicians to discover, read, transpose, and organize sheet music and guitar tabs. It was built from scratch and shipped to production not a brochure site around someone else’s product.

Approach

The stack is Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui. The UX is mobile-first and ad-free: a responsive music viewer, chord transposition, and a library people can actually organize.

The mobile product moment sits on the brand site so the app experience is visible in context, not hidden behind a store listing.

Outcome

A live platform on tabascomusic.com where musicians can find a song, transpose it, and read it on phone or desktop without ads getting in the way.
