Terms of sale

These terms apply to services offered by Samuel Charbit, trading as Zestify Studio (VAT-exempt sole proprietor / osek patur), based at Regus, 7 Sapir Street, Herzliya 4685211, Israel.

Services include websites, CRMs, and digital products, as described on the site and confirmed in each quote.

There is no online checkout on this website. Engagements are agreed by quote via email or WhatsApp.

A project starts only after written acceptance of the quote (or equivalent confirmation) and any agreed deposit.

Prices shown on the site are indicative and expressed in NIS (Israeli shekels).

As an osek patur, invoices are issued without VAT.

The binding price is the one stated in the accepted quote.

Ownership and licensing of deliverables (code, design, content) are defined in the quote or separate written agreement for each project.

Services are provided with professional care. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement, to the extent permitted by law.

Zestify Studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or issues caused by third-party tools, hosting, or client-provided materials.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, where the business is established.
